History of Prime

Changing the perception of Sales.

Neil and Nicole came together because of their passion for sales, and their passion to change the perception that often surrounds the industry. Their vision was simple – to make sales a career of choice for the younger generation.

Key Events:

  • Off the back of Neil being a finalist on The BBC Apprentice and Nicole having built a successful sales training business, they came together and launched Prime.
  • They set up an office in the Boardwalk, Manchester (formerly home to many iconic gigs from bands like Oasis and The Smiths), home of MC2 – owned by Prime’s Chairman Mike Perls MBE.
  • They ran their first ever Prime Training Day and hired their first ever employee, Kyle Gallagher aka The Chosen One. Kyle has since progressed to Sales Manager.
  • Started to run their unique Training Day’s bi weekly in the graduate R2R market.
