After sourcing our candidates through our various avenues, including our sponsorships and links with key universities, we then speak to selected profiles on the phone. This initial telephone screening allows us to learn more about the candidate personally and professionally, ascertaining whether they would be suitable for a career in sales.
Following a successful telephone conversation, successful candidates will progress to a face-to-face interview. In this interview, we do a deep dive into the candidate’s CV, to further understand their work experience and key motivators. If we believe that the individual is the right fit, we will progress them to our Award-Winning Training Day.
The Prime Training Day is what makes our process so unique. Unlike ‘assessment days,’ the Prime Training Day is where candidates learn the skills needed to thrive in sales. If you attend a Prime Training Day, you benefit from cherry-picking who you want to interview based on the candidates’ performances throughout the training.
