As we close out another year as a business, we can’t help but reflect on just how much has been achieved in year 11. It’s been a year of growth, milestones and moments that really highlight the strength of our team and the community we’ve built here at Prime.

Highlights from Year 11

Our First Ever Prime Event

This January, we brought our network together for the very first Prime Sales Edge event. It was truly a celebration of the sales industry in Manchester, with some amazing speakers and a room full of salespeople! It set the tone for what we want to deliver more of in the future: a community where salespeople at every stage can learn, connect and thrive.

Podcast Growth

Our Podcast, ‘Changing the Perception of Sales’, has continued to grow in reach and impact throughout year 11. This year, we even crossed the 10,000 download mark – proof that the sales community is eager for real, honest conversations about our industry.

Celebrating Our People

Internal growth is just as important external success. This year we have seen many members of Team Prime reach the next level in their careers and we’re so proud to see them grow.

One notable promotion was that of our very own Charlotte Morris, who has been promoted to Manchester’s Sales Manager – a testament to her leadership, hard work and dedication to developing both her team and our candidates.

In-Person Training Days

Supporting the next generation of salespeople has always been at the heart of everything we do – and every year, our team puts on countless training days for Prime candidates. This year, our London and Regions teams have had the opportunity to travel out to our clients to do them in person!

Not only has this meant helping candidates get the best possible start to their sales careers, but it’s also been brilliant to see our clients face-to-face and catch up with past placements who are thriving in their roles. Those moments are a real reminder of the impact we’re making every day.

Expanding Our Presence in the US

Alongside supporting UK candidates, we’ve continued to grow our footprint across the pond this year! Our mid-senior team in particular have had the opportunity to place some amazing candidates in high-performing teams in the US this year.

Looking Ahead to Year 12

As we step into our 12 year as a business, we remain committed to our mission of making sales a career of choice and changing the perceptions of the industry we love. We will continue to support our clients, build new relationships and place the very best sales talent into top teams across the UK and beyond!
