As we close out 2024, we’re excited to reflect on a remarkable year here at This Is Prime. From new achievements to placing even more graduates and sales professionals in their dream roles, this year has been a testament to our commitment to changing the perception of sales. Let’s look back at the highlights that shaped our year.
Milestones

Prime Turned 10: 2024 was a big one for Prime as we celebrated our 10th anniversary as a business! Our very first employee, Kyle, also reached his 10th year in the company, working his way up to the role of sales director over his time at Prime.

Awards: This year we won the OnRec ‘Best Online Candidate Experience’ award for the second time in a row. We also won our very first recruiter award for ‘Best Candidate Care’. Our team is dedicated to giving every candidate who goes through the Prime process.

Our Podcast: In 2025, we produced some of our biggest podcast episodes ever with some amazing guests. We also premiered season 5 in our office podcast studio! So, keep your eye on our socials for new episodes in the new year.

Team Prime: Six new faces joined Team Prime this year, and we’re so glad to have them with us on our quest to change the perception of sales. We also had some amazing Prime trips and target-hitting meals this year where, despite the rain, the team lived it up in Portugal.

Looking Ahead to 2025
As we step into 2025, we remain committed to our mission of making sales a career of choice and changing the perceptions of the industry. We will continue to support our clients, build new relationships and place top sales talent in the best roles across the UK.
In January, we’ll also be hosting our very first Prime event, Selling With Confidence, in our home city of Manchester! With three of the top voices in sales and personal branding, it will be an evening to remember. We hope to host more of these in the future up and down the country to give back to our sales community.
