What are we looking for?
We’re growing fast as a business, and as a result, we need another person to join us as we launch our London office. You will use your array of skills to attract, build and maintain great relationships, and find the best sales talent around. Our biggest challenge is finding the best graduate/trainee candidates, so you need to be able to engage with and relate to this audience.
I’m going to be honest with you. We are relatively open when it comes to experience. Kyle, our first-ever recruit, is living proof of that – he was a fresh graduate who scraped a 2.1 (60.3%, as close as it gets)! We also have an ex-professional golfer in the office and someone who got to the final of this popular TV show called “The Apprentice” (yeah, I’m still talking about it…).
You’ve probably heard it all before, but we really do need someone who is driven, ambitious, resilient and *assertive*. What else do we need asides from the usual?
We have flexi-time, work autonomously, and use our initiative – so if you don’t want to be here, then it’s not going to work out.
What’s in it for you?
Well, I would like to think we have a great culture here. We regularly attend Restaurants to celebrate success and have not long returned from our end of a yearly incentive trip to Rotterdam. I’m pushing for Las Vegas this year, but I understand that we must take it one step at a time…
