Prime Reaches 9 Years of Changing Perceptions and Kickstarting Careers
This month marks an exciting milestone for This Is Prime as we celebrate our 9th anniversary! It’s been an incredible journey since founders Neil and Nicole launched the company in 2014.
We started small, renting an office space in the iconic Boardwalk building in Manchester, which was once home to legendary bands like Oasis and The Smiths. But Neil and Nicole had big dreams of changing perceptions of sales recruitment and helping kickstart careers for young sales talent.
Since then, we’ve gone from strength to strength, winning numerous awards and cementing our reputation as leaders in the industry. And in 2019, we were crowned Sales Training Provider of the Year at the prestigious BESMA awards after being runners-up for two consecutive years prior. Incredible.
Now, in 2023, This Is Prime continues to break barriers. We’ve been named the Most Exciting Company in the Northwest, shortlisted for Recruiter Awards, and won the Onrec Award for Best Online Candidate Experience. It’s unbelievable to think that we would achieve so much in just nine years.
The journey Prime has been on over the last nine years has been unreal. We set out to change perceptions of sales recruitment and kickstart careers, and we feel so proud to have achieved that. Seeing our candidates and employees grow has been the most rewarding part.
As This Is Prime enters its 10th year, the future looks fantastic, and we look forward to continuing to disrupt the industry and create opportunities for graduate talent across the UK. Congratulations to the Prime team on nine groundbreaking years.
