Since being founded in 2012, they’ve grown massively and now occupy a state-of-the-art office in Manchester (with views of the city). In addition to their impressive growth, they have developed a piece of software that is revolutionising the way that businesses make payments. As such, large reputable businesses such as ITV, Admiral, TalkTalk, Sainsbury’s Bank, Primark, Boohoo, Krispy Kreme, and Pretty Little Thing are already utilising their services.
Due to continued demand for their software, they are now looking to add an SDR Manager to the team in Manchester. As an SDR Manager, you will be responsible for managing 10 SDR’s whose objective is booking in appointments/demos for the corporate sales team to close. The SDR team’s responsibilities will include; cold calling, LinkedIn messaging & cold outreach emails.

What does the ideal candidate look like?
- Previous experience as an SDR is preferred
- Minimum 1 year SDR management experience
- Ideally Tech/SaaS/Finance SDR management experience
- Analytical, data driven and approachable
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of 10 (and growing!) SDR’s to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
- To map out the end-to-end SDR process
- Develop further the SDR Playbook of best practice
- To work closely with Marketing on executing targeted integrated outreach campaigns that are optimised to maximise sequence and call conversions into meetings.
- To work closely with our in-house data team to create meaningful data & insights dashboards to measure and improve performance across the team on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Using the MEDDICC qualification framework, you’ll look to continually test and refine effective questioning techniques to maximise SQL conversion.
- Build an SDR competency framework, capturing the key knowledge and skills required and help identify training and coaching needs.
- To manage onboarding, probation reviews, whilst also maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates, to ensure we plan ahead as existing SDR’s are promoted into sales.
