We’re excited to be offering you the opportunity to join one of the world’s leading B2B marketing and lead generation agencies in their fast-growing team as a Sales Team Manager. In this role you’ll be managing Business Development Executives who will be working with some of the biggest tech companies + leading award-winning creative and marketing services agencies.
You’ll be managing a small team of Business Development Executives, helping them to drive new business conversions through a mix of prospecting channels including social selling (LinkedIn), phone outreach and personalised emails.

Day to day responsibilities:
- Drive sales across your team working towards KPI’s
- Ability to identify training needs to improve performance
- Working collaboratively with the rest of the management ream to ensure success and a positive influence.
- Delivering coaching sessions to your team
- Running daily/weekly incentives to enhance team performance
Requirements:
- Proven sales management/team lead experience – ideal candidate would have at least 1 years’ experience managing outbound focused salespeople
- Hands on approach to management, coaching and development.
- B2B sales management experience
- A positive attitude
- Ability to deliver feedback effectively
