Sales Manager (New Business) – Remote

Global leader in digital access and locking solutions. Operating in 55+ countries via direct sales and partner networks. Solutions are designed for quick installation, low lifecycle cost, and high security, and are used across residential, commercial, public, and critical infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Drive new business and convert customers from mechanical to digital access solutions
• Develop and manage key accounts and top 100 target customers
• Identify and secure new partners to expand the network
• Visit clients, deliver demos, and close sales
• Prospect the market through meetings, events, and strategic outreach
• Track opportunities in CRM and collaborate with international teams
Experience:
• Self-motivated, high-energy “hunter” with a competitive mindset
• Proven track record in new business and complex sales (£1m+ deals)
• Confident relationship builder, adaptable across stakeholders
• Commercially and solution-focused, technically competent
• Strong IT skills and comfortable presenting demos
Salary:
• £60k base + £51k OTE (total 110k+)
• £5k car allowance
• Competitive commission
