A dynamic e-commerce enablement company helping businesses thrive online through end-to-end services spanning concept development, printing, production, and fulfillment. This company design and build online stores, manage warehouse operations, create custom products and packaging, and develop effective marketing strategies – all to help their partner brands succeed in the digital marketplace.

The Opportunity

The company is now expanding their sales team and seeking ambitious, motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their growing Manchester hub. This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for graduates or those with limited sales experience who are eager to launch a rewarding sales career.

Role Overview

As an SDR, you’ll be instrumental in driving new business development strategy through proactive outbound prospecting. You’ll work alongside the marketing team using a multi-channel approach to identify and connect with potential clients, booking qualified meetings for the European Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities across multiple channels
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns
  • Travel to meet prospects face-to-face when appropriate

Experience & Requirements

  • Graduate or equivalent experience (6+ months sales experience)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable with a hybrid working model (1-2 days in Manchester office)
  • Willing to travel for face-to-face meetings with prospects
  • Manchester-based or willing to relocate
