ROLE: Sales Development Representative

SALARY: £20-25k DOE + uncapped commission (£40-£60k OTE)

An exciting FinTech startup are giving new & experienced salespeople the opportunity to be part of an incredibly important growth period in a company that is looking to change the investment broking space. The company specialises in helping SMEs find the best investment to grow their own business, but unlike traditional broking services, they offer an online platform that automates the process making it faster, more efficient, and with a better result for all parties involved.
They are already one of the UK’s leading debt finance brokerages, though their goal is to become number 1, therefore they are looking to expand. They provide new salespeople with initial onboarding and continuous training, focusing on areas such as call structuring, negotiation, financials 101, as well as mindset & motivation. On top of this, they invest in external trainers to cover all bases.
On top of personal development, you will be enrolled onto a transparent progression plan, with top performers achieving their first promotion in 6 months. Combine this with market leading commission (top performers have taken home up to £20k in one month!), and team incentives such as end of quarter nights out in Mayfair, regular Amazon gift card incentives, and a trip to Mykonos when everyone hits target.

THE ROLE
- Your role will consist largely of outbound prospecting, following up on warm-turned-cold leads and making them warm again.
- You will be reaching out to prospects who have been on the website or interacted with any marketing, to convince them to continue the process. After this, you will hand them over to a broker, sharing the revenue with them.
- You will be speaking to leader and key decision makers, sometimes C-suite executives, with the goal of convincing them to use your service.
- You will have monthly targets to work to and also learn how to build a client base across the UK.
