REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Technology fluent: Comfortable adapting to new technologies and leveraging AI in day-to-day work
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the outbound engine: Drive high-quality prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Execute ABM strategy: Research accounts, uncover pain points, and engage buying committees
  • Qualify & convert: Book quality discovery meetings based on fit, need, and urgency
  • Leverage tech & AI: Use HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and AI tools to personalise outreach and gain insights
  • Be curious: Understand customer businesses, not just sell services
  • Attend training sessions to continuously develop skills
