With recent multi-million-pound investment and ambitious plans to scale, they’re growing fast and they need driven graduates to join their Sales Development team and help us protect businesses across the UK.

  • Uncapped commission – realistic first-year OTE of £32k–£35k+, with top performers earning £40k+

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, sparking conversations and creating opportunities. Typical tasks include:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers across the UK
  • Reaching out via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Booking product demos with IT leaders and decision-makers
  • Learning how to articulate the value of cyber awareness in clear, engaging ways
  • Generating qualified leads and building a strong pipeline (with full training and support!)

This role is all about curiosity, resilience, and relationship-building.

We don’t expect you to know everything about cyber security or sales, you will be taught that. What we do look for is:

  • Drive – You’re ambitious, competitive, and want a long-term career in sales

  • Communication Skills – You can hold your own in conversation, both written and verbal
  • Coachability – You’re eager to learn, open to feedback, and quick to improve
  • Education – A degree is a bonus but not essential; attitude and aptitude matter most
