Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (+ £10,000 OTE)
Hybrid Working (Tues, Weds & Thurs in office).

Having made a big impact in the education space and in the public sector, they’re now looking to grow their presence in the private sector. Having already signed big names such as Channel 4 & EY, they’re now looking to add a couple of experienced SDRs to their team in Manchester.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for and have the motivation to grow out the customer base. Your main remit will be to identify and generate new business leads and develop them into qualified opportunities by booking in a product demonstration with one of the Account Executives. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create and successfully execute sales cadences. Typical responsibilities will include:
- Outbound sales activity which will include cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, video prospecting and emailing.
- Research & identify ideal customers and the personas that you’ll be looking to engage with.
- Be creative in your sales approach to engage multiple stakeholders.
- Working closely with AEs to book in product demos and working together on how best to execute them.
- Track & report all sales activity.
- Holding yourself accountable to the activity & sales targets set.
Requirements
- 12 months experience in a B2B outbound sales role is required for this position.
- Familiar with using sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo) and creating campaigns & sales sequences.
- Confident in your cold calling ability & engaging with C-suite.
- Ideally have experience in selling tech / SaaS platforms
- Passionate about helping the company achieve its vision of making employees feel safe & that they belong in the workplace!
