This company has built an AI-powered project management platform that is transforming how professional services firms deliver their work. Trusted by KPMG, Atkins, and Pinsent Masons, the business is expanding rapidly and recently secured investment from ECI Partners to fuel international growth.

In April, four graduates joined through this programme. All are thriving, and one is already running their own client meetings.

Salary & Benefits

  • £27,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (typical first-year earnings £4,500 to £12,000+, with high performers earning more)

  • Fast progression to Account Executive or Account Manager within 6 to 12 months

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect and research potential clients across the UK and US, targeting consultancy, legal, and architecture sectors

  • Reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to start conversations with decision-makers

  • Qualify leads and book product demonstrations for the senior sales team

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to help win new business

  • Take part in call listening sessions with the Head of Sales to refine your approach

  • Compete in fun sales championships that sharpen your skills and reward performance

From day one, you will be building relationships with senior stakeholders, learning fast, and contributing directly to business growth.
