What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment or Sales Experience: Ideally you would be an ex-recruiter who has had a big focus on Business Development, or some sales experience.
- Strong communication, active listening, and a natural ability to build rapport.
- Energy and Passion: Enthusiasm for what you’re selling is a huge requirement so high levels of energy and passion are needed.
- Driven Personality: A self-starter with resilience, persistence, and a hunger for financial success.

The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline, connecting with potential clients and showcasing the value of our SaaS solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting, emails, calls, and social media outreach.
- Pitching Value: Articulate the client’s SaaS solutions and tailor value propositions to match client needs, addressing their pain points and objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of high-quality leads into the sales pipeline, working closely with Account Executives to set meetings and demos.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and contribute to the overall success of campaigns.
