Role: Graduate Sales Development Representative

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE + uncapped commission

Location: Hybrid/Remote – London

The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the driving force behind the sales pipeline, connecting with potential clients and showcasing the value of their SaaS solutions. This role is perfect for a self-motivated and ambitious grad with a passion for technology, sales, and personal growth.

  • Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting, emails, calls, and social media outreach.
  • Pitching Value: Articulate the SaaS solutions and tailor value propositions to match client needs, addressing their pain points and objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of high-quality leads into the sales pipeline, working closely with Account Executives to set meetings and demos.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and contribute to the overall success of campaigns.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • No experience necessary: perfect for ambitious fresh graduates, some kind of office experience or placement year preferable but not essential.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and a natural ability to build rapport.
