You’ll be joining a company whose products and innovation are celebrated for transforming how businesses operate responsibly.

You’ll work closely with the founder and senior leadership team, gaining invaluable insight and support as you develop your sales skills. As part of their vibrant, performance-driven culture, the team enjoys regular incentives, including trips to Chester Races and other social events.

Two current SDRs have already progressed into Account Executive and leadership roles within 12 months. Perform well, and you can follow the same rapid career path.

What You’ll Get

  • £27,000 base salary

  • Uncapped commission, with realistic Year 1 earnings of £35,000+

  • Clear progression, with early hires already stepping into senior roles: SDR → Senior → Leadership/Account Management/AE

  • Hybrid working, one day per week from home

  • Exposure to UK and US clients

  • Work closely with the founder and leadership team

  • Full onboarding, sales training, and 1:1 mentorship

  • Regular team incentives and social events, including trips to Chester Races

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and manage a pipeline of outbound sales opportunities

  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls for senior sales reps

  • Work toward daily KPIs and monthly targets

  • Learn the product and market inside-out to deliver real value
