ROLE: Sales Development Representative
SECTOR: Software/Technology
LOCATION: Altrincham (South Manchester)
SALARY: £24,000 – £26,000 + uncapped commission 30,000 – £35,000 OTE in Year One)

THE COMPANY

Founded in 2001, the business has grown from a 2-person start up to a 50-person strong business with annual revenue of over £7m. My client is now looking for entry-level salespeople to be part of an incredibly important period of growth. Already working with clients such as Krispy Kreme, their software is changing how the fleet/asset management industry operates by making it more efficient, reducing errors and saving on costs.

The business connects technology with intelligence and is on a mission to improve employee safety, reduce businesses environmental impact and to protect businesses assets.

The company transforms how businesses handle data. They turn complex information into clear insights, helping businesses make smarter decisions faster. Their software organises businesses data, analyses it for patterns, and presents it in easy-to-understand visuals. Whether a small startup or a large corporation, they streamline data processes, saving time and reducing errors. Helping businesses to unlock the full potential of their data, driving efficiency and growth.

THE ROLE

  • Building a strong, consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory
  • Research potential sales opportunities and conduct high quality conversations with prospects through phone calls, email and LinkedIn
  • Track and qualify both inbound and outbound leads within the CRM system
  • Target-based role, so you will be responsible for meeting daily KPIs and booking meetings with prospects
  • Collaborate with senior members of the team and strive towards meeting team sales targets
  • Attain a thorough knowledge of the business itself, the industry and their clients become a market expert
  • Build rapport with key decision makers to give the ultimate experience
