This fast-growing tech company, based in Altrincham (South Manchester), helps businesses reduce accidents, lower fuel costs, and cut carbon emissions through smart fleet and asset management software. Their platform uses real-time telematics, dash cams, driver analytics, and predictive maintenance to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.

Having achieved 250% growth over the past year, they’re now scaling fast. You’ll work closely with the founder and senior leadership team, gaining invaluable insight and support as you develop your sales skills.

As part of their vibrant, performance-driven culture, the team enjoys regular incentives, including trips to Chester Races and other social events.

You’ll be joining at the perfect time—two current SDRs are already moving into Account Executive and leadership roles within 12 months. Perform well, and you can follow the same rapid career path.

What You’ll Get…

• £25,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission – realistic Year 1 earnings of £35,000+
• Clear progression – early hires are already stepping into senior roles

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Build and manage a pipeline of outbound sales opportunities
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads and book discovery calls for senior sales reps
• Work toward daily KPIs and monthly targets
• Learn the product and market inside-out so you can deliver real value
