The Company

After experiencing triple digit growth for 3 years on the bounce, this LegalTech company has now opened up a brand new office in Boston and looking for their first SDR to join on the ground! Initially setup in Manchester, England this organization has quickly grown to 50 staff and they’re on a mission to revolutionize the way that businesses manage contracts – through the use of AI & their intuitive product. Everton FC (for any soccer fans!), Miami Heat & Huel already benefit from using this product and now having proven a real demand for their product in the US, this business is now looking to double down on the market with the opening on their new office. 

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating meetings & demos for the Account Executive. The Account Executive you’ll be working closely alongside has made the move stateside from the UK office so you’ll be with someone that’s already very familiar with the business and the product. Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Cold Calling – You’ll be picking up the phone every single day looking to have consultative conversations with key decision makers.
  • Researching prospects beforehand and becoming an expert in your field.
  • Regularly and accurately updating the CRM system and becoming familiar with the tech stack at your disposal. 
  • Working in collaboration with the AE team to ensure that high quality demos and meetings are booked.
  • Working towards KPI, activity & sales targets.

  • Earning Potential – You’ll be paid a $55,000 base salary and will be expected to earn an extra $25,000 on top in your first year in commission.

  • Leadership – You’re in safe hands with the leadership team at this business. The CRO has previously built and scaled successful sales teams, VP of Sales has a proven track record of developing & nuturing SDRs and a lot of the team you’ll be working with have moved over from the UK with the business – so they’ll be able to pass on their expert knowledge and expertise from day 1.
