My client is a leading boutique model agency based in London representing top fashion models for editorial, commercial, and advertising campaigns. Founded in 2005, our client has become one of the most renowned agencies in the UK known for its selective and personalised approach. They are on the look out for motivated salespeople to help grow the business.

 

In your first 9 months, you should expect to achieve your first promotion, bringing your basic salary up to £37,000 plus commission. Hungry, motivated and hard-working individuals are expected to earn up to £60k by year 2!

 

My client is seeking results-driven, proactive professionals to join their passionate sales team. They will set you up for success with an engaged book of 150 top names/high street brands as well as smaller boutique names – ready for you to nurture as your own.

What you’ll be doing

  • Sales! Whilst this role is within the world of fashion, a drive to be successful in a sales role is a MUST.
  • Given 150 unallocated high-end clients to manage and build relationships with
  • Emailing, calling and meeting clients face to face to find out what type of model they are looking for
  • Regularly checking fashion websites keeping up to date with industry trends and changes
  • Following processes to ensure the efficient running of the business
  • Contacting the same client up to 4-5 times per day, ensuring persistence
  • Pricing each job accordingly, by negotiating prices with your clients as the model doesn’t have a set price
  • Cross selling for more than one booking with your clients, pitching across all aspects of their requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be process driven
  • Confident meeting people face to face
  • Money motivated people, not fashion motivated people, with clear financial goals
  • Persistence is key, always at the forefront of your clients mind
  • Good level of office work experience (call centre/recruitment favourable)
  • Ability to build rapport wit clients
  • MUST BE MEMORABLE and stand out with high energy
