Here’s what you’ll be doing in your first 12 months
Connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data and Finance into a single revenue engine
Own and optimise the CRM and wider GTM tech stack
Embed a data-driven culture that improves forecasting, pipeline and sales velocity
Enable Sales and BDR teams with tools, playbooks and AI-assisted workflows
Deliver reporting and dashboards that drive real decisions
Proactively identify inefficiencies and improve revenue performance
About you
Experience in B2B SaaS Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or GTM Operations
Strong analytical mindset with interest in automation and AI
Confident influencing across teams and senior stakeholders
Comfortable challenging the status quo and designing better processes
Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (MEDDICC a plus)
Happy working hybrid in Manchester
