Your Role

• Contact/source graduates looking to take their first step into the professional world after finishing their studies. As a recent graduate, you can relate to them!
• Naturally build rapport and explain to graduates exactly how you can help them find their ideal career
• Utilising job boards and other platforms to connect with graduates searching for their first role out of university
• Consistently updating the CRM system with key information on graduates going through the process
• Organising screenings and interviews with graduates
• Help prepare candidates for our award-winning Training Days and interviews

Working Hours:

• Monday: 8AM–6PM (option to work from home)

• Tuesday–Thursday: 8AM–5PM (option to start at 9AM and finish at 6PM if preferred)

• Friday: 8AM–3PM with Friday team call (option to work from home)

Salary: £18K Basic + Uncapped commission

Placement Period: 12 Months
