The Role?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on:

  • Headhunting top talent for high-growth tech clients
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients
  • Cold calling, candidate engagement, and delivering results from day one
  • Expanding accounts and winning new roles
  • Mentoring junior consultants in candidate sourcing and engagement
