You’ll work with innovative start-ups and global organisations, helping them hire ambitious graduates as they begin their careers. It’s a rewarding role where you’ll build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates while managing live recruitment projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruiting graduates into Technology, FinTech, AI and Pharmaceutical businesses
• Managing retained and exclusive client accounts
• Building relationships with graduates and hiring managers
• Interviewing candidates and managing recruitment processes
• Attending client meetings, networking events and training sessions
