• £70k-80k basic salary + £15k uncapped bonus
• London office /home working hybrid

You’ll play a strategic role in their customer retention team and your key goal will be improving online payment success for global subscriptions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Improve payment processes and support the customer retention strategy.
• Manage relationships with payment providers and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Analyse transaction data to identify and reduce payment failures and friction.
• Ensure payment systems comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with industry trends in payments, authentication, and fraud prevention.

• Experience in card payments, payment gateways, and authentication tools
• Commitment to client experience, growth and development
• Understanding and knowledge of payment regulations
• Experience with international payments and alternative payment methods.
