Head of Customer Success- Customer Success & Renewals

£52,000

 

A growing business specialising in IT equipment and technology lifecycle services is looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients and ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience.

 

The company supports organisations with the secure collection, processing, and management of IT equipment, working with corporate clients to handle technology refresh projects and ongoing asset management.

 

This role sits between sales, operations, and clients, ensuring accounts run smoothly, relationships stay strong, and opportunities for renewals and repeat business are maximised.

 

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring projects and services are delivered smoothly.

You will work closely with internal teams to keep customers informed, resolve issues quickly, and maintain long-term relationships.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong relationships

• Act as the main point of contact for client queries and ongoing service delivery

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure projects run smoothly

• Monitor accounts to ensure renewals, repeat business, and long-term retention

• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction

 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services

• Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Highly organised and able to coordinate across different teams

• Experience working with corporate clients is beneficial

• IT or technology industry experience is helpful but not essential
