Salary: £23,000 + Uncapped Commission (£45,000-£50,000 OTE)

• Promotion to Business Development Manager after hitting target for just 6 months, leading to a £30,000 salary.

Role Responsibilities:

• Schedule business meetings with key decision-makers
• Develop expert knowledge of services and industries
• Build new business pipeline
• Nurture client relationships

• Educated to degree level or relevant workplace experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and driven – hit targets and progress
• Confident – they want personalities in their office, not robots!!
