Job Description

Ready to launch your career with one of the UK’s fastest-growing businesses?

Award-winning culture. £80m+ revenue. 30% year-on-year growth. On track to surpass £100m turnover in 2026. Backed by a leading global investment firm.

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth fintech that has earned recognition as one of the UK’s leading employers, known for its exceptional culture, career development opportunities, and commitment to promoting talent from within.

Following years of sustained growth, the business has already exceeded £80 million in annual revenue and is on course to achieve its first £100 million turnover year in 2026. With significant investment backing, ambitious expansion plans, and a workforce that continues to grow year after year, it’s an exciting time to join a company entering its next phase of success.

What You’ll Receive

  • £26,400 starting salary
  • Salary increase to £30,000 after your first promotion
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Realistic first-year earnings of £45,000+
  • Top performers earning £55,000+
  • Commission paid from day one
  • Fully paid 8-week onboarding academy
  • Industry-recognised qualifications fully funded by the business
  • Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development
  • Clear progression into senior, specialist, and leadership roles

The Opportunity…

Unlike many entry-level sales opportunities where you’ll spend 12–18 months cold calling before being given the chance to close deals, this role puts you straight into a closing environment from day one.

You’ll work exclusively with warm, qualified enquiries from customers who are actively seeking support, allowing you to focus on consultative conversations, relationship building, and helping customers make informed decisions.

There is no cold calling, no endless prospecting, and no need to spend years proving yourself before earning meaningful commission.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Speaking with inbound, qualified customers
  • Understanding individual circumstances and requirements
  • Recommending tailored solutions
  • Managing your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Working towards clear and achievable performance goals

Why Join?

You’ll be joining a business with a proven record of developing future leaders.

  • 30%+ annual growth
  • £80m+ annual revenue
  • On track for £100m turnover in 2026
  • Backed by a leading international investment firm
  • Award-winning employer brand and workplace culture
  • The majority of management positions filled through internal promotion
  • Many senior leaders started their careers in the same entry-level role

As the business continues to scale, opportunities for progression continue to grow, creating genuine pathways into management and leadership for ambitious individuals.

Culture & Benefits…

  • High-performance but supportive environment
  • Regular incentives, competitions, and recognition awards
  • Summer and Christmas celebrations at premium venues
  • Birthday leave and wellbeing initiatives
  • Paid volunteering days
  • Company football, netball, and running clubs
  • Additional rewards including cash bonuses, weekend breaks, and luxury holiday incentives
  • A social culture where hard work and success are recognised and celebrated

Who We’re Looking For…

We’re keen to speak with individuals who are:

  • Graduate calibre, or have customer-facing/commercial experience
  • Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
  • Ambitious and motivated by progression
  • Interested in developing a career within sales, fintech, or financial services
  • Driven by both personal development and earning potential

Multiple start dates available throughout June, July, and August. Apply now to join a business on track for its first £100 million turnover year and start your sales career in a genuine closing role from day one.
