• Graduate calibre – degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Ambitious and money-motivated – driven to achieve £50K+ in Year 1
• Confident and outgoing – enjoys speaking to people and building relationships
• Eager to learn and develop – takes on feedback and applies training
