Year one:
£25–27K basic salary
£70–80K+ realistic OTE
Monthly commission paid quickly and transparently
Longer term:
Clear billing targets tied directly to promotion
Commission scaling up to 40 percent

You will:
Deliver against active, high-volume hiring needs
Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Sit in on client meetings and hiring strategy discussions
Learn full lifecycle recruitment, starting in a delivery-focused role
Take on more commercial responsibility as you develop
You will receive hands-on, on-desk training from senior consultants and leadership.
This includes:
Daily sourcing and candidate management coaching
Live exposure to client calls and embedded hiring projects
Continuous feedback and structured development
Clear targets with support at every stage of your progression
