What You’ll Get in Your First Year…

• £25k–£27K basic salary
• Realistic £70–80K OTE in year one

The Role…

• Work on retained recruitment projects across high-growth tech markets
• Deliver against live, high-volume hiring needs from day one
• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Sit in on client meetings to develop commercial exposure
• Learn full lifecycle recruitment while being delivery-focused initially
• Progress into broader responsibilities as you develop
