• £26,400 base salary, rising to £30,000 within your first year
• Uncapped commission / performance bonus – average OTE £40,000; top performers £55,000+

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for roles across the business
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Track activity and work towards clear performance goals
