What You’ll Get in Your First Year…

• £25K -£30K basic

• Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £35K–£40K, with top performers earning significantly more

The Role…

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from first candidate contact to successful placement

• Work with US-based clients and candidates in high-value, specialist roles

• Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers to uncover needs

• Maintain a strong pipeline and hit clear, achievable KPIs

• Help shape the US team strategy alongside the founder

• Manage your own calendar with autonomy over your day
