Job Description

Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant 
Salary: £25,000-£26,000 with a Year One OTE of £30,000-£35,000 
Sector: Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Recruitment 
Location: Manchester City Centre

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and pre-screening fitting candidates for the business’ live job opportunities
  • Building your own professional network by talking to industry experts and becoming active on LinkedIn
  • Relationship and rapport building with prospective clients via calls, meetings, emails and LinkedIn work
  • Calls are very focused around research – clients must be very well-qualified before targeting

You need to be: 

  • Degree educated preferable but not essential 
  • Money motivated
  • Ambitious and Career focused
  • Great at building relationships
  • Social intelligence 
  • Amazing communication skills
  • Competitive and confident
