Location: Fully Remote (need to be based in the South West)

The Role: Recruitment Resourcer

As a Resourcer, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for clients in the electronics, software, and embedded systems sectors. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, developing skills that will propel your career forward. Typical responsibilities include:

• Selling! Yes, recruitment is a sales role. You’ll be looking to understand what a business is looking for and then selling this opportunity to potential candidates.
• Working towards targets – you will have regular activity targets to achieve and be someone that sees these targets as the minimum expectation.
• Relationship Building – you will be out and about meeting clients at their offices in the South West to take a candidate brief and strengthen the relationship.
