Job Description

This company has been recognised as one of the fastest growing businesses in Europe, a certified great place to work and has won numerous industry awards.

Their software & technology helps businesses in highly regulated industries (think legal & insurance) and others in industries that exchange large sums of money (Cryptocurrency as an example!) to ensure that the business they conduct isn’t being compromised by people looking to launder money.

Due to continued growth and interest in their product, they’re now looking to add entry-level customer success executives to join their team ASAP.

The Role:

As a Customer Success Executive within this business, your responsibilities will include speaking to existing customers and trying to up-sell other products and encourage them to re-new their contracts.
You’ll speak to C-Level execs and finance leaders with the view to arranging demos of the software and product.
Learning and developing about the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and managing between 100-200 accounts.

The Ideal Candidate:

Relationship Building – rapport building will come naturally and you’ll have examples of where you’ve developed great relationships.
Problem solving – you’ll have a natural instinct to solve customers problems and come up with relevant solutions.
Drive and determination – Sales isn’t easy. You’ll be driven to build a successful career in tech sales in a niche industry that is constantly upscaling.
Resilience – previous examples through work or life where you’ve had to deal with setbacks.
