Having been in business for over 30 years, this business specialises in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) which essentially means they help organisations outsource some of their operations. To give you an idea of how sought after their services are, some of their clients include; Domino’s Pizza, Pfizer, FedEx & Thomson Reuters.
They offer a very wide range of services from very simple stuff like Data Entry & Cleansing to more complex stuff such as AI & Cognitive Computing and building AI Prompt services (essentially building Machine Learning models for businesses!).
Due to growth and demand for their services (and too many inbound leads!) they’re looking to add Graduate Client Sales Partners to their team…
The Role:
As Graduate Client Sales Partner, you’ll be responsible for managing all inbound enquiries that come in for the business’ services:
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Inbound Leads – You’ll be dealing with all leads that come in and will be expected to do so diligently and manage the follow up process.
- Building Relationships – You’ll be the face of the business and responsible for understanding exactly what a business is looking to achieve.
- Working Towards Targets – You’ll have sales activity and revenue targets that you’ll be expected to achieve.
- Market Knowledge – you’ll be expected to keep up to date with the latest advancements in the product offering.
What’s In It for You?
- Earning Potential – Your base salary will be £30,000 – £35,000 and you’ll have the opportunity to earn commission on top from day one (OTE of £40,000 – £45,000 in year 1, but it’s completely uncapped).
- Professional Development – As well as being enrolled on to the Prime Sales Academy (a 12-week training programme), you’ll receive comprehensive technical & sales training from the business which will include a visit to India as part of your onboarding!
- Progression – the last person that joined as a Client Partner has received 2 promotions in 3 years and now dealing with much larger businesses and more complex sales cycles.
- Flexibility – the business operates a remote first policy so will be suited for people that want to work from home (this won’t suit everyone!). They do also have an office in London for those that want to use it.
What are they looking for?
- Problem Solving – They have a lot of services and different ways in which they can support a business. They’re looking for a critical thinker and someone that has an instinct to solve problems.
- STEM Background – this isn’t a pre-requisite, but a background in this area is likely to help understand some of the services.
- Intelligence – No, you don’t have to be a graduate or have been to university! However, a strong level of intelligence is required as you will be engaging with senior decision makers.
- Curiosity – you will naturally want to seek to understand and if you don’t know the answer to a question, you will go away and find it out.
- Resilience & Grit – whilst there will be leads coming to you, it’s sales and it still won’t be an easy role. Things won’t go your way and there will be targets to hit and high expectations – you’ll need to be resilient!
- Growth Mindset – you will coachable and always be looking for ways to improve professionally.
