Salary: £25,000 (£38,000 year 1 OTE, uncapped)

Location: Newton Aycliffe (hybrid working offering)

The software this business sells, helps recruitment businesses recruit, manage and get paid for all of their placements, and they have been pretty disruptive in their journey of dominating the market.

With year on year revenue growth of 100%, they do not plan on slowing down, which is why they’re looking to expand their Sales Team, which is where you could come in…

Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £25,000, which is well above average for similar roles
  • You can expect to earn between £5-£10,000 in commission in year 1, however this is uncapped
  • Onboarding directly from the Sales Manager, as well as weekly 1-2-1s and weekly team training sessions
  • Lunchtime finish on Fridays!

The Role:

  • Attain a thorough knowledge of the business itself, the recruitment industry and their clients, the aim is to become a market expert
  • Create a pipeline of new business through cold calling, using LinkedIn, sending videos, using social media and almost any channel that suits you and your market
  • Book in demonstrations for the Account Executives, with the aim of you getting into that position in 12-18 months

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience or exposure to the recruitment industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious and driven (want to hit targets and progress)
  • Confident as they want outgoing personalities, not robots!
  • The want to become a super successful sales professional
