  • Up to £55k base salary + OTE x2 (realistic earnings of £110k–£120k+)
  • Top performers earning £130k–£140k+
  • Work alongside a supportive Sales Director and driven commercial team

About You

  • Proven experience in client/account management of high-value strategic accounts
  • Strong background in L&D, digital learning, or consultancy services
  • A Challenger mindset – consultative, empathetic, and commercially sharp
  • Strategically capable of navigating complex procurement processes and building trusted relationships
  • Hunter mentality with the drive to grow accounts and deliver outcomes

What you’ll be doing in the first 12 months:

  • Manage and grow 4–6 strategic, high performing accounts
  • Convert warm leads and win new clients in collaboration with SDRs
  • Lead strategic, non-transactional, solutions-based sales conversations
  • Expand client engagement through referrals and value-based selling
  • Deliver proposals and navigate procurement processes confidently
  • Operate as both a trusted advisor and a revenue driver
