Role: Client Account Manager
Location: Remote‑first (UK). Occasional meetings in London; ideally based in/near London for accessibility. Most client meetings are virtual.
Salary/Commission:

£50k base salary with ~£70k OTE.
• Compensation based on gross margin achieved from placements; typical company margin ~35%. Monthly GM target ~£20k.
Responsibilities: • Build and manage relationships with General Counsels/Heads of Legal
• Find new clients matching our Ideal Customer Profiles from outbound prospecting to generate revenue.
• Pro-actively managing the accounts that you own to find jobs
Experience required: • Proven experience selling into large organisations across sectors
• Comfortable selling to senior legal stakeholders
• No deep legal background required
• Strong active listening
• Sales maturity executing simple, repeatable processes.
