Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: £65-77k basic, + 30% bonus
Location: London (hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that has experienced consistent growth YoY since
their inception, operating in a red-hot sector, and play a major role in its next stage of
growth. My client have established themselves as the leading financial consultancy firm for a
wide range of industries and verticals, and they are now looking for an experience BDM to
join the team and expand their client base further.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years working within professional services
• A mix of business development and delivery experience is ideal but not essential
• Proven track record of delivering new business and expanding existing accounts
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• Proactive and consultative sales approach
• Experience liaising with clients over phone and in person
Your day-to-day will include:
• Networking with existing introducers such as Private Equity firms, Corporate Finance
houses, and the Big Four
• Winning new projects for consultants to work on through different channels such as
introducers, phone, and LinkedIn/email
• Managing an existing client base and spotting opportunities for growth and new
projects
• Contributing to the overall growth of the business
