Job Title: Field Business Development Manager

Salary: £35k basic, (£70k OTE, uncapped) + £5k Car allowance

My client is a leading provider of independent financial advisory services, software and data solutions to the global commercial real estate industry.

This is a fully closing field-based role across Yorkshire, no cold calling

Over the last 20 years, they have grown from a small firm to one of the largest independent consultancy firms across the globe. Their UK sales team has doubled in size recently. They operate internationally with offices in 75 countries worldwide, with operations in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Role:

• Fully closing role, no cold calling!
• Build rapport with key decision makers to close new business meetings
• Meeting clients in and around Yorkshire area
• Closing new business meetings
• Understanding the commercial real estate industry & developing an understanding around business rates
• Consultative sales approach

The ideal candidate:

• Previous field sales experience
• Business to Business sales experience
• Driving License
• Ideally closing experience
