Founded in 1997, my client has seen significant growth over the past 12 months and are now looking for an experienced BDE to join their top billing team. With over 25 years experience working within the R&D industry, they are known globally for helping businesses innovate and tailor solutions to every businessneeds.

At a time where businesses are looking to save money in all areas they can, theres no better time to join the team and contribute to their client base. Industries include Software & Technology, Medical, Agriculture, Engineering, Hospitality and many more. Every business can innovate, but not all are aware they can receive tax relief from doing that. Types of businesses thatve saved millions, include start-ups all the way up to large, international businesses its not a niche sell!

How will they support your growth and help you achieve record billing figures? They will pay for relevant professional memberships & qualifications e.g. ATT, ICAEW, ICAS etc. You will have access to their phenomenal learning portal too with all relevant materials regularly uploaded/updated so you can deliver on your targets/provide a great service for clients.

If you hit/exceed expectations within your first 12 months, what next? Promotion to BDM with an increase of basic salary to £47K. High performers should take home 6 figures within their first 5 years.

What does the role entail?

  • Taking ownership and managing your own workload is something my client values highly. There is no micromanagement, they want somebody to think outside the box and develop your own pipeline
  • Cold-calling key decision makers in all types of businesses to book meetings
  • Creating your own pipeline be proactive, not reactive!

Are you the right fit for them? What you will NEED to have done?

  • 12 18 months experience within sales or recruitment.
  • An established track record of building, managing and closing own pipeline.
  • Solution-based sales experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in person or on the phone.
