The 2 Co-Founders have a strong background & pedigree in recruitment. Although based out of the UK, this business don’t do any recruitment in the UK, choosing to do their business in the less saturated & more lucrative international markets.

You’ll become a Technology recruitment expert, you’ll have your own specific discipline and niche which you’ll look to become the “go-to” person in. Initially you’ll start in “Delivery”, this basically means you’ll learn your craft speaking to candidates first, essentially giving you exposure to & experience of learning your market. Once you’ve mastered this, you’ll move into the full 360 recruitment role, where you’ll now be responsible for bringing on your own clients. This won’t be easy, it will involve cold calling, sales and plenty of rejection along the way – but it will give you the opportunity to start having full ownership over your own business.
Of course, recruitment has changed & will continue to change, your role will also include building your own personal brand, so you can expect to be producing your own marketing material/videos/social media content to ensure everyone knows who you are!
What do you need?
Strong motivation – Genuine motivators too & a real reason why you want to be successful. Recruitment isn’t easy, so what’s going to be the things that makes you stick at it & persevere through the bad days?
Intelligence – Ideally demonstrated through degree level education or similar. You’ll be speaking with complicated tech companies & speaking to technical candidates!
Good sense of humour – Although this business take what they do very seriously, they don’t take themselves too seriously. You’ll be up for building a successful career, but without compromising the fun!
