Job Description

Our client is a SaaS e-commerce specialist who sell a platform designed to help businesses around the world succeed by building on lasting relationships with existing clients. Their product suite helps eliminate systems working independently and brings synergy to business processes, which eradicates compromises caused by mainstream e-commerce solutions. They are a Microsoft Gold partner, backed by a strong global partner network and recognised by leading industry experts. Founded in 2008, they have gone from strength to strength and now operate over 8 global office locations and a huge element of team spirit that runs through the veins of the company, from one office to the next! You would work out of the HQ of the UK and Ireland operation in Manchester, which is in a vibrant science and tech space housing a community of over 150 innovative businesses.  

The Role

  • You will be fully responsible for prospecting and pitching to C-Level POCs within Mid-Market sized prospective client companies – this would be any company with a turnover of between £5mil and £100mil
  • The leads you work off to create business opportunities will be a combination of both inbound and outbound – the inbound will be a direct result of dedicated cross-channel outbound campaign support from the marketing department, SEO efforts and attendance of industry events 
  • You will host in-depth discovery calls with every client and be a part of all demos that will be hosted by the Channel Sales Manager in the Manchester office – you will also be able to involve yourself on negotiation and closing calls to learn the full sales cycle
  • You will work extremely closely with the Channel Sales Manager to create lucrative business opportunities, generating revenue for the business and, in turn, benefitting from financial gain in commission, which will increase the more successful you are

Nicole Plinston

With over 20 years’ experience working in sales environments, Nicole has worked across many sectors for some of the best known global brands such as Virgin Media and Apple. She started her career selling car insurance, and quickly realised she had a natural flair for selling, and turned her skills to a career in recruitment.

During this time, Nicole’s passion for training and development grew, and she decided to study for her CIPD. Training has since been at the core of her expertise, and now she works developing the careers of salespeople and managers, both internally and externally. In her spare time, Nicole is an avid football fan, holding a season ticket at the mighty Crystal Palace! She also claims to enjoy running (but for the record, she really does hate it).

Kyle joined This Is Prime as a graduate of Business and Marketing. He was the first-ever employee back in 2014, and has progressed to become an integral part of the team. He is now an Associate Director at This Is Prime and manages the team in Manchester. Kyle is also focussed on managing our key client and candidate relationships. Unfortunately, he is the only Gallagher brother that has no musical talent, but his wit in the office makes up for it!
