Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll lead a high-performing new business team responsible for driving revenue growth across enterprise customers.
You’ll coach and develop managers and individual contributors, refine the go-to-market strategy and work closely with the leadership team to improve sales performance and support the company’s long-term growth plans.

You’ll be an experienced SaaS sales leader with a passion for developing people and delivering commercial growth.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience leading new business sales teams within a SaaS environment.
A track record of delivering revenue growth through sales managers, SDRs or Business Development teams.
Experience selling complex B2B software solutions.
Strong coaching and leadership capability.
Experience implementing or improving go-to-market strategies.
A modern, commercially focused leadership style.
