What you’ll be doing:

• Building your own pipeline through outbound activity, networking and prospecting

• Booking and running conversations with senior stakeholders

• Managing opportunities from first contact through to close

• Identifying client challenges and presenting solutions that add value

• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of new business

• Contributing to the continued growth of the business

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in business development, sales or a commercial role

• Comfortable with outbound activity and prospecting

• Confident speaking with senior decision-makers

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Someone who enjoys winning new business and creating opportunities

What’s on offer:

• £31,000 base salary

• Uncapped commission with realistic additional earnings of £10k–£30k+
