Nicole Plinston blog business21st April 2015
You heard from Neil about the launch of our business so I thought I’d update you on how Prime has progressed since.
Well, we’ve hit our six month mark, and, following the company’s success with our unique training days, we are looking to expand our team further. Our distinctive take on sales recruitment is making a real impact on the rec to rec market, and with the addition of our sixth team member, we’re confident of further success!
Following our training days, we decided to launch a ‘Sales Masterclass’ in June, designed to help the region’s sales consultants maximise their performance. We recognised that the world of sales is constantly changing and customers are becoming more commercially savvy, so this event is a great opportunity to shed some light on how sellers require a new approach. Come along on the 11th June https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/prime-sales-masterclass-tickets-16380125396.
We’re also raising our profile on a national scale. I’m proud to say that Prime will be speaking at this year’s Business Show at the ExCel in London on the 13th May – the biggest expo in the country. We will speaking alongside the likes of Dragon’s Den star Piers Linney, UK’s number one motivational speaker Brad Burton and Co-Founder of Made.com Julien Callede, so make sure you come along! With graduation just a matter of months away, part of our attempt to change the perception of sales includes making the sector attractive to the younger generation. With around two-thirds of all UK graduates finding work in their first year, there is huge scope for sales and recruitment to become a leading industry in graduate recruitment. With plans to increase our presence in this market it’s an exciting time for the business as we approach summer.
As always we’ll keep you updated!
